Born to black gypsy circus performers in 1972, Willis "Shorty" Jackson, started life as a potential criminal. After graduating high school, Willis became the first member of his family to attend college. He graduated from the South Hampton Institute of Technology with a C- average due to his penchant for smoking along with "Smoke Two Joints" by Bob Marley every time he heard it. Being a man of diminutive stature, he stands only 38" tall, two joints often resulted in a near catatonic state. After finishing his degree in computer science with a minor in social studies from S.H.I.T. he was recruted by Cpt. Chuck Swan to be the Webscapers' resident pornography analyst. This fulfilled the black, muslim, and midget quotas for the ship's affirmative action program.
